Coaching Services

At the Seasoned Coach I help clients (individuals or businesses) make positive changes in their everyday life. 

Through listening, being objective and building a relationship with you I can help with a variety of issues from any aspect of your life such as career change, work life balance, self care, well-being or personal relationships. 

A free introductory session gives you the opportunity to see if life coaching is for you, this is really an informal chat about what your needs are and to explore whether I can help you. It gives you the opportunity to ask questions about how coaching works and see if it might be right for you. There is no obligation to sign up to anything.

If you decide to go ahead with coaching we can meet in person or by zoom, whichever you feel most comfortable with.

A coaching programme usually consists of 6 sessions (by Zoom) over four months, although this can vary for each individual or business. Your needs are what is important so each programme is tailored to suit you. 

Each session usually lasts an hour and offers a safe place to discuss issues through open and honest communication. The aim is to work on you and who you want to be. We will work together to shift mindset and focus in order to take action to achieve your goals so your life can change for the better. 

Follow up emails are made after each session and actions are then reviewed at each following session.

You will leave with a clear and confident plan to continue the great work you will have started.

Investment in a 4 month programme is £360 paid in full 


4 monthly instalments of  £90
