At the Seasoned Coach we help clients (individuals or businesses) make positive changes in their everyday life.
Through listening, being objective and building a relationship with you we can help with a variety of issues from any aspect of your life such as business challenges, career change, well-being or personal relationships.
A free introductory session gives you the opportunity to see if life coaching is for you and to establish if we can help you.
A coaching programme usually consists of 4 to 6 sessions (face to face or by Zoom) although this can vary for each individual or business. Your needs are what is important so each programme is tailored to suit you.
Each session usually lasts an hour and offers a safe place to discuss issues through open and honest communication.
The aim is to set and take action on achievable goals to change your life for the better.
Follow up emails are made after each session and actions are reviewed at each following session.
